Serviced my VW Golf here and have to say they were incredibly thorough. Later, when everything was closed due to the lockdown, they where able to help me out of a pickle when my driver's side mirror fell off (4 years old, 38k KMs, says little for VW quality), they managed to source a replacement and fit it same day. Highly recommend.

McKeown Auto Service is an excellent garage for female customers. It shouldn't make a difference but unfortunately it does. Sean provided me with a clear, fact based, transparent report of what was wrong with my car. He outlined how the particular system worked and how best to approach fixing it. Their prices were very fair. Their service was efficient, scheduled and reliable with clear communication. I dealt with Mark and Sean and both were extremely helpful and clearly knew their stuff. I would highly recommend McKeown Autos as a garage you can trust. I will definitely be back.
